Native Milwaukeean Russell Goldstein died Jan. 27 at the age of 78.
He was a graduate of Washington High School, class of 1944, and Marquette University, class of 1948. He earned a law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1951 and he had his own law practice in Milwaukee.
He was a member of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun, Jewish War Veterans, the American Bar Association and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
His special interests included his work, sports and his grandchildren, according to his family.
He is survived by wife Harriet Goldstein (nee Lebowsky) of Milwaukee, sons Harvey (Lynn) Goldstein of Milwaukee and Perry (Tammy) Goldstein of Fountain Valley, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
Rabbi Marc Berkson officiated at services on Jan. 30. Burial was at Mound Zion Cemetery.
Memorial contributions to the American Heart Association or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
