Arbit is director at
BiltRite Furniture

   Milwaukee native Rachel Arbit has become director of development at BiltRite Furniture.

   In this role she focuses on community outreach, public relations, social media management, and “out-of-the-box marketing,” according to a release.

   She has launched the firm’s first food drive, which directly benefitted United Way of Greater Milwaukee.

   Arbit graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2009 with a double major in English and Spanish. She was recruited by Teach For America and worked as a Spanish teacher at a high school for at-risk minority students.

 
Dicker joins
Chicago ad agency

   Former Milwaukeean Lori Dicker (Miller) has recently joined Chicago advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather as executive vice president, Chicago Group Head of their social media practice Social@Ogilvy, according to an email sent to The Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle.

   Dicker previously ran the Los Angeles office of digital agency Moxie Interactive, leading the 20th Century Fox media relationship.

 
Hunnicutt is JCC event manager

   Susan Hunnicutt of Milwaukee has been named the new event manager at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center. She will coordinate outside events such as weddings, b’nai mitzvah celebrations, business meetings, and more at the JCC.

   Originally from Sheboygan, Hunnicutt received her B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in communication from UW-Milwaukee.

   Hunnicutt still manages her family’s real estate business, Holman Realty, in Sheboygan. She also volunteers with the Make-A-Wish-Foundation of Wisconsin and at the Chai Point Senior Living Apartment Complex. She is married to Carter Hunnicutt, a fire captain with the Milwaukee Fire Department, and has two grown children.

 
Siegel to preside at
neighborhood center

   Roger Siegel, principal of The Boerke Company, has been elected president of the board of directors of Silver Spring Neighborhood Center, Inc.

 
Wagner is treasurer
of justice association

   Attorney Benjamin Wagner of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. has been elected treasurer of the Wisconsin Association for Justice.  He practices in the firm’s Milwaukee office.

          Wagner received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 from Emory University, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003. He is listed in the 2012 edition of the Best Lawyers in America and has been named a Rising Star by Milwaukee Magazine each year since 2006. 

          He currently serves several non-profit boards, including Jewish Family Services, Discovery World, Inc., and Safe & Sound, Inc. Since joining the firm, he has successfully handled numerous cases and has become certified as a civil trial specialist.
