Dr. Anna Koeck of Shorewood has opened a new eye care optometry boutique in Hartland called Theia Vision Care. Koeck and her mother Rimma Rabinovich moved to Shorewood from Russia when Koeck was 10-years-old.

Daniel Bernstein has been promoted from an emergency communications operator I (911 operator) to an emergency communications operator II (911 dispatcher) in the Telecommunications Department of the Milwaukee Police Department.
